I used Hunger Rush to order dinner and it was straightforward. The menu loaded fine and checkout didn’t take long at all. The only thing that made me second-guess whether everything was going smoothly was the tracking, since it was a little slow to update. But maybe I was just checking it too often, because the food showed up fine in the end.

Getting started felt a bit rushed, and I was kind of confused at a few points. I think the process could use a little more guidance and breathing room 🙂

We use HungerRush every day. It just works. Orders come in fine, and we haven’t had issues with random crashes. Makes busy nights easier. Happy with it.

"Made the day-to-day a bit smoother"
We’ve been using HungerRush with our delivery apps and card processor, at least on the parts I deal with, and it’s been easy overall. Orders show up without us having to re-enter everything, which cuts down on those little annoying mistakes and delays. I did have one setup thing I wasn’t sure about, and support helped get it straightened out. Nothing super exciting, but it definitely makes closing out at the end of the day less of a hassle.

It was simple to use and didn’t take long to get the hang of... quick, straightforward, and just worked the way I needed it to.

"Reporting is helpful, though not perfect"
We mostly use HungerRush for the reporting, that part has been useful. I can see sales, peak times, and which items are selling without having to dig through a bunch of stuff. That said, a few pages weren’t super intuitive at first and took me some time to figure out. Overall though, I have mixed feelings in some areas, but the analytics have definitely made day-to-day decisions easier.

To be fair, the payment process went through just fine for me. I didn’t run into any issues, and everything worked the way I expected it to.
